Subject to the above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms.
