The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, India. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Subject to the above, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
